Mr. Galini’s Pie Recipie

Look what I found on!

Mr. Galini’s Coconut Cream Pie!


         3 cups half-and-half

         2 eggs

         3/4 cup white sugar

         1/2 cup all-purpose flour

         1/4 teaspoon salt

         1 1/4 cups flaked coconut

         3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

         1 (9 inch) pie shell, baked

         1 cup frozen whipped topping, thawed


In a medium saucepan, combine half-and-half, eggs, sugar, flour and salt.

Bring to a boil over low heat, stirring continuously.

Remove from heat and stir in 3/4 cup of the coconut and the vanilla extract.

Pour into pie shell and chill 2 to 4 hours, or until firm.

Top with whipped topping and with remaining 1/4 cup of coconut.

    not that much coconut flavor so i added coconut milk and coconut sister loves icarly and she wanted to make it so we did it. it was good but simple so we kicked it up a noch

    you spelt recipe, guys, and picture wrong. but yeah, i love the pie recipe my grandma made it. it’s awesome!

      In recipe, it had the word “pie” in it. I’ve put a positive spin on that and I’ve found that it could be a pun because this post is about pie, get it?

    Ehmm sorry but i’m mexican so I don’t know what is a half-and-half thing is not a problem if you could tell me what -in heavens sakes- is that thing? ’cause I relly want to do the recipe because it looks delicious.

    somewhere in the ingredients, you said 1 and 1/4 cup of coconut, but when you read the instructions, it only calls for 1 cup of coconut, what happened the other 1/4?

    what is 3 cup half-and-half ?

      I just found this recipe on iCarly. I didn’t really read it to see if there was anything wrong in it. But half and half is half cream half milk if that’s the answer you wanted. So I think you could put in 3 cups of that. I’m not sure on that. Let me know if I’m wrong.
